Justin Fulcher Obituary (1983 - 2025) - New Bern, North Carolina

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Justin Owen Fulcher, born on October 11, 1983, in New Bern, NC. Justin, a beacon of strength, support, and unfaltering dedication, left us all too soon on February 23, 2025. Justin, a lifelong resident of New Bern, was a loving presence in the life of his family, friends, and all who knew him. His dedication and work ethic shone brightly through his talents and interests, often willing to try his hand at anything, from construction to automotive work to food service. He found joy in the simplest of things – a well-played video game, a shared joke, or the satisfaction of a job well done. His laughter and jovial spirit were infectious, making every gathering a memorable one. Yet, the crown jewel of Justin's life was his beloved daughter, Brooklyn. His love for her was profound and boundless. He was not just a father, but also a friend, mentor, and the funniest companion she could have asked for. His loving and supportive nature extended beyond his immediate family, touching the lives of his dear parents, Owen Fulcher and Debra Fulcher; his sister, Cassie Leitschuh (Dean); his niece, Tori Leitschuh; uncles and aunts, Mike and Mary Sanders, Pat and Mark Favreau, Mark Sanders, Julie and Robert Blalock, Chris and Lisa Bevill, and Debbie and Jerry Tetreault; his girlfriend, Halie Hyde; and a host of extended family and friends he loved dearly. In his daughter's laughter, his parents' pride, and the countless lives he touched, Justin's legacy continues to thrive. As we remember Justin, let us recall the words of Leo Buscaglia – "Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around." At Justin's request, there will be no service but we invite you to celebrate his life by sharing your memories and photos on his memorial page.
